Hirsch’s Centurion recently hosted their first monthly business networking event where business owners and representatives are invited to mingle, socialise and network together. The guest speaker for the morning was Eberhard Niklaus who is passionate about selling. He published a book on Relationship Selling in 2009, and released a revised edition of the same book this year as an E-book, which is available on his web site.
Eberhard started his talk on how he came from the franchise industry and is now pursuing his passion whilst inspiring others to do too. He touched on the 12 sales tips that would assist one’s business in growing.Commented the store PRO, Tsz Yan Lau “Eberhard mentioned the essentials when making a cold call with the most important one being that is one should always introduce one’s name. “If no one introduces themselves, it’s just 2 voices talking.” He said.
Eberhard also said a customer can always hear a happy tone and if one smiles, it sends the message through!
After the talk, attendees had 30 seconds to talk about their business,and lucky draw prizes, sponsored by the attendees who hired tables, were given out.
