A PORTAL TO A NEW WAY OF BEING
Hirsch’s Strubens Valley recently held a workshop for entrepreneurs, where the author of the bestseller “Created to Create” and “Living Solutions”, keynote speaker Marcus Wendell Jacobs addressed the audience. Jacobs discussed how to move from ordinary to outstanding.
Said Marcus: “There is a special energy amongst entrepreneurs that exists within them and both the entrepreneur and others can tap into. I enjoy being amongst entrepreneurs and tap into their special energy. The energy of initiative, the energy of creativity, the energy of risk-taking, the energy of resourcefulness and the energy of making things happen. Learn to tap into this energy. It might be lying dormant in you”.
Marcus continued to discuss the 3 techniques to move from ordinary to outstanding namely by making the right move, delivering a routine act in a remarkable way and presenting yourself, your business, your brand, your service and your product in an Outstanding way” commented Dorette Nel. PRO Hirsch’s Strubens Valley.
“Firstly, it requires effort and energy to make the right move. Listen to your inner voice that gives you direction in what move to make. Secondly, most of what we do in our personal lives and business is routine. Many people become bored with routine but it is worthwhile to learn how to convert the routine activities into remarkable activities. This makes us skill full in the way we manage our time, and experts in the way we manage our duties. Finally, to Marcus, Outstanding means Bold, and Bold does not mean brave or courageous. Bold means to stand out. Find a way to let your presentation stand out above other presentations. The same with your approach and your attitude. Find a way that you as a person, an owner, a manager or whatever your role might be, to Stand Out.
You can have money, the right qualifications etc. but as an entrepreneur, use these 3 techniques and you will move from Ordinary to Outstanding.
The best secret of all is that you don’t need to look far and wide for it, It’s In You! “ concluded Marcus. He may be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org
