BAKED EGGS WITH BACON AND PARMESAN

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
3 slices of streaky bacon
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated chives
pepper
pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat your oven to 220*C.
2. Separate whites from yolks.
3. Place whites in a bowl and mix it until it gets fluffy.
4. Put yolks in two separate cups on a side.
5. Place two equal portions on a baking paper.
6. Bake for 3 minutes and then place yolk on each of them and bake for another 3 minutes. 7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
8. When ready season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives.
