Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¾ c (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger

Preparation

COMBINE the banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
