Female entrepreneurs within the community recently gathered at Hirsch’s Meadowdale for the monthly Ladies Networking event hosted by Hirsch’s. Networkers were ready to be inspired by Dr Tamara Pheiffer’s talk- Limitless: Hacking your body to stay young, energetic and focused.
Dr Pheiffer qualified as a doctor of homoeopathic medicine in 2009, she is the owner of LongeviMe. She has been featured in Longevity Magazine, Health Intelligence Magazine and A2 Magazine. She’s been a keynote speaker at the Aesthetic Medical Congress of South Africa 3 years running and is the medical speaker for an international billion dollar per annum company. Tamara was recently asked to write the course for integrative aesthetic medicine as part of the post graduate degree in aesthetic medicine that all doctors wanting to practice aesthetic medicine must do. This new post positions her as the South African leader in integrative aesthetic medicine.
Doctor Tamara focused her talk on the basis of how to hack your body to feel more energized, youthful and focused. “We are in the midst of an incredible scientific revolution. With new drugs and discoveries that are becoming available, it will allow us to significantly slow down our aging.” She explained.
With the right amount of exercise, healthy eating by restricting your carb intake, nutritional supplementation and getting your 7-8 hours of sleep at night, you lengthen your Telomeres and boost your Mitochondrial Factoids. This results in aging slower and keeping you more focused and energized.
After Tamara’s talk, Hirsch’s had the pleasure of congratulating her for being the latest winner of the monthly Margaret Hirsch Women in Business Achiever. She was awarded with a finalist certificate and Hirsch voucher.
