Beef Wellington

Impress your guests this Christmas by serving an all time favourite, Beef Wellington.

Ingredients:

  • 2 x Beef Fillet
  • Olive Oil
  • English Mustard
  • 700g Chestnut Mushrooms
  • Corse Salt and Pepper
  • Chestnuts +-12
  • Fresh thyme
  • Bazel Leaves
  • 2 x Red Pepper
  • 2 x Spring Onion
  • Palma Ham (Prosciutto)
  • 2 x Puff Pastry
  • 2 Eggs
  • Spray and Cook

Method:

  • Pan Fry your Fillet on a hot pan and allow it to settle.
  • In a food processor add the Mushrooms, Salt and Pepper, nuts, bazel, thyme and blits.
  • Place this on a pan and cook until the water reduces.
  • Roll out your Puff Pastry and add spread your mushroom mix leaving a border, cover with Ham.
  • Place meet on one side and roll together, egg wash the pastry and place in oven for 45min at 180 Degrees.
