BUILDING AND KEEPING EXCEPTIONAL CLIENTS

Hirsch’s Silverlakes recently hosted their monthly business networking event with the CCBC. Business owners and representatives are invited to mingle, socialise and network together at these events, and there is always a Guest Speaker.  The speaker for the morning was Cobus Visser, who  touched on 4 important facts when dealing with potential clients; Never sell on the first time, post about Raving fans, Focus on expertise and Educate them

Commented the store PRO, Tsz Yan Lau “Cobus then demonstrated the power of the mind and how ANYONE can overcome their problems if they focus, he walked on broken glass while saying that! A few volunteers also participated after – and everybody came out in one piece!”

After the talk, all the attendees had 30 seconds to talk about their business and lucky prizes were given sponsored by the attendees who hired tables. They then happily stayed to mingle over a cup of cappuccino.
