Hirsch Springfield Park recently carried out a massive renovation on their SMEG stand, and to relaunch the stand they are holding a Bunny Chow Competition in partnership with The Weekly Gazette.
Saturday, 7 November at 12:00, will see three contestants battling it out for the title “Hirsch Springfield Park Bunny Chow Champion 2015”. Commenting on the competition, Hirsch’s Springfield Park PR and Marketing Officer, Bianca Hauser said “Each contestant will have one hour to cook, and will have to prepare a mouth watering and inovative Bunny Chow for three judges. Judging the competition is SMEG’s KZN Regional Manager, Andrew Lawrence, Hirsch CEO, Allan Hirsch and Masterchef South Africa’s Joan Mitchell.”
