Camembert Snowflake

Ingredients:
  • 1 baking camembert
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • rosemary, a few leaves
Instructions:
  1. Cut the 2 sheets of puff pastry in circles
  2. On the one sheet, spread the cranberry sauce and cheese in a circle, leavingleaving a circular gap and a 1cm edge.
  3. Place the other sheet over the cranberry and cheese
  4. Cut a circle in the middle of the circle
  5. Cut the rest of the pastry in 12 even pieces.
  6. Twist 2 pieces outside inside and pinch the edges together, and complete all the pieces.
  7. Place baking camembert in the middle of the pastry and score.  Drizzle with honey.
  8. Brush pastry with a whisked egg.
  9. Bake at 180 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and serve.
