CHEESY CREAMED LEEKS WITH PARMESAN AND ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 Baby leeks
  • 100 Millilitre Milk
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1 KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake
  • ½ Cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 Gram Flaked almonds

METHOD

  1. Wash leeks.
  2. Arrange in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Combine the milk and cream.
  4. Mix a little with the sachet contents to form a smooth paste.
  5. Add remaining liquid.
  6. Pour over the leeks.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 30 min.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and flaked almonds on top.
  9. Return to oven for a further 15 min.
