Hirsch’s Umhlanga recently held their monthly women in business meeting, with a great turn out of ladies getting together for a networking session and to listen
guest speaker Chloe-Simone Hofman the CEO of Pistol and Honey, a marketing and digital advertising company. Hofman spoke about how she started her business from just being passionate about marketing. She said that brand identity defines your business and your business is likely to be more successful if your consumers know who they are buying from. She ended the morning with sage advice – your greatest asset is your personality.
Adding to the excitement of the morning, Chloe was announced as the Margaret Hirsch Women in Business Achiever of the year finalist for this month. COE of Hirsch’s, Margaret, started the Margaret Hirsch Women in Business Achiever of the year competition in all of the areas in which Hirsch’s operates throughout the country because she could see how she – and Hirsch’s – had benefited from the business accolades she has received over the years.
