Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie adds a burst of energy to your day with plenty of vitamin C. Not to mention it tastes like a creamsicle dream!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cold pure coconut water (no added sugar)
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups ice

METHOD

  1. To add this breakfast smoothie to your mornings, blend the coconut water, yogurt, the mangos, orange, and ice in a blender until smooth.
