Its a 100% flop proof.
You can make it into any shape, a round shape, a square tin, its fantastic if you have to take cake for your birthday at the office. Its delicious and the best bit about it is you can make it ahead and freeze it as well.
When I made it on TV we just put the chocolate balls on top but you can really go to town. You can put kit kats around the edge.
You can put white kit kats with white maltase’s.
What I also did for a friends 32nd birthday, you can put the 32 in white maltase’s on top and just put all the chocolate balls around it.
You could also put the persons name in white chocolate as well.
So there is a hundred different varieties of really dressing this cake up. You could put a nice red bow around it to hold all the kit kats into place etc.
