Fruit Crumble

This is a plum, pear and apple crumble we made yesterday
its so quick and easy and you can use up any fruit that is becoming over ripe!!

if you have hard plums just put into the oven to soften with some brown sugar
or you can just put them with  the apples and pears into a deep frypan with some sugar and cinnamon
with a little water and cook til soft

the crumble is so easy
250g cake flour
10m baking powder
150g butter
150g brown sugar
80g corn flakes
80g oats

just put everything in the food processor and blitz

assemble the fruit at the bottom, crumble on top and put into the oven for about half an hour

you can use any fruit – it works sooo well…
