Honey Lemon Ginger Immunity Smoothie

If you feel a cold coming or want to stave one off, then this Honey Lemon Ginger Immunity Smoothie has to be in your smoothie arsenal!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • ¾ Teaspoon Ground Ginger, or 2 Tablespoons of Freshly Grated Ginger
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes *
  • 1 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Peparation

  1. Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
