Children get creative in the kitchen
Hirsch’s Meadowdale recently kicked off its first Kiddies Cooking Class of 2019, inviting all youngsters in the community to learn how to prepare a delicious roast vegetable couscous.
“The Hirsch’s team and Little Kids Cooking classes taught them how to prepare roast vegetables couscous from scratch, couscous is a coarsley ground semolina pasta, it is a good low fat source of complex carbohydrate with no cholesterol. Every child was confident that they had created the best roast vegetable couscous and couldn’t wait to start tasting their masterpiece.” Commented Chantelle du Plessis, PRO for Hirsch’s Meadowdale.
