Hirsch’s Fourways kicked their Thursday off on a sweet note when they hosted their monthly Kitchen Capers cooking demo on the Siemens stand, with Chef Karen Blanche from Guvon Academy who regularly appears on “Die groot ontbyt” on KykNet. Chef Karen did a demo on a deconstructed Lemon Meringue that consisted of shortcrust pastry, lemon custard filling and a fluffy meringue topping.
Commented one of the attendees Goonum Narsigan: “I have enjoyed this demo so much! This was amazing and I cannot wait to try it myself.”
