Kitchen Capers at Strubens Valley
Hirsch’s Strubens Valley recently hosted their monthly Kitchen Capers cooking demo in the Whirlpool stand with Chef Karen Blanche from Guvon Academy, who regularly appears on “Die groot ontbyt” on KykNet. Chef Karen did a demo on a deconstructed Lemon Meringue that consisted of shortcrust pastry, lemon custard filling and a fluffy meringue topping.
