125g butter, melted
2 cups castor sugar
1 tin condensed milk (397g)
1t vanilla essece
1. Combine butter, castor sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add condensed milk.
3. Microwave on high for about 10 minutes (stopping every 2 minutes to stir – so 5 x times in total) or until golden brown. Add the vanilla essence into the mixture the last time you put the mixture back into the microwave.
4. Allow to cool slightly and beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge starts to set. Pour into a square tin lined with baking paper and allow to set before cutting into squares.
