Motivation by Karim Hajee

There’s just one thing that stops you from succeeding, 
having a better life and achieving your goals. 

It’s negative thinking

Negative thinking is made up of thoughts and beliefs
that prevent you from doing what needs to be done to 
succeed. Negative thinking forces you to give up before
you even get started. 

Negative thinking is often disguised as doubts and fears 
that come up when you think about making changes.

Now you can get rid of the negative thinking that’s
holding you back and destroying your life.

It’s a lot easier than you think.

Every time you decide you’re going to change things,
or plan to achieve a goal something seems to go wrong, 
you make a bad choice or maybe you just give up on your goals. 

You get distracted by life’s daily events work, family 
and other responsibilities. That’s happened to me as well. 

Before you know it years go by and you still haven’t achieved 
those goals. You still haven’t made those changes and you’re
no further ahead.

Then you realize your life needs to get better, you need to 
make changes and you need to achieve your goals now – you 
just can’t go on the way you are anymore. 

So you decide to start again. You tell yourself:
“This time I’m going to succeed. This time I’m
not giving up.”

A few weeks go by, you think about that goal you wanted 
to achieve and realize you got distracted… again!

Then your mind comes up with all kinds of excuses

These “excuses” are really negative thoughts like:
“What’s the point”
“I’ll get started tomorrow”
“I need to do — first then I’ll start on that”
“It’s too hard”
“I don’t know what to do”
“I need help”

And then you come with even more “reasons or “excuses”

You have more negative thoughts filling your mind
give up on your goals.

It keeps happening over and over again.

Here’s why:

Over the years you’ve conditioned your mind and subconscious 
mind to follow those negative thoughts which then create negative beliefs.

Your mind and subconscious mind now accept you negative 
thoughts which force you to give up on your goals.

So now when you want to succeed, when you want to achieve 
your goals, when you make that commitment and finally make 
some real changes, you can’t.

Instead the negative thoughts take over and you get distracted.

Well today that changes
Now you take control of your mind and subconscious mind 
Now you get rid of those negative thoughts, and you push 
your  mind and subconscious mind to make sure you succeed.
Now you turn things around

Your thoughts and beliefs create and shape your life.

Researchers have proven that your life is a reflection of 
your thoughts and beliefs.

So when you’re thoughts and beliefs are negative or when 
they don’t match what you want you end up with more negative 
situations and you’ll give up on your goals or fail.

Your subconscious picks up on your thoughts and beliefs. 
These begin in your mind. And you have complete control of 
your mind. So you can change your thoughts and beliefs.

However, your negative thoughts and negative beliefs may be
too  strong and are overwhelming.

That’s only because they’ve been on your subconscious mind 
for so long that they’re now in control of you.

Now you can turn things around. Now you can take control of 
your thoughts and beliefs.

Think about your goals and what you want to achieve.
If you hear any negative thoughts coming up you need to 
change them and replace them.

Then you need to create new thoughts and new beliefs, the 
kind that help you succeed and achieve your goals.

Now when you try to do that you’ll get a lot of resistance 
from your mind and those negative thoughts will get 
stronger and stronger.

That’s when you’re likely to give up. Don’t.

There is an easier way to get rid of those negative thoughts and
beliefs. There is a way to bypass the resistance and get the
new thoughts and beliefs on to your subconscious mind quickly and easily.

Just follow the system I’ve put together for you and you’ll get rid of those
negative thoughts and beliefs in days.

Remember: you’re in charge of your thoughts.
You control your mind.
You can change what’s on your subconscious mind

You just have to take control. You just have to take charge
You just have to remove the resistance and create new thoughts and 
new thoughts and beliefs – so that you give your subconscious mind new
instructions. Now take control and start making those changes today
