Negative thoughts can really get you down and make you feel like giving up, often before you even get started.
Negative thoughts come and go and will always enter your mind. The negative thoughts that stay and prevent you from moving forward, achieving your goals, or force you to put things off, give up and really don’t allow you to enjoy life are the thoughts you should remove and replace – the sooner you do that, the better.
When you let negative thoughts stay in your mind they become negative beliefs and get planted on your subconscious mind – which sees your beliefs as instructions.
Your subconscious creates your life based on your instructions and when you have more negative than positive beliefs your subconscious mind creates more negative situations.
That’s when life gets harder, you struggle, you can’t seem to get ahead, you feel like giving up, you lose your confidence and you wonder why everything is working against you.
There is a solution – you can remove and replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Once you do that you can then turn the negative thoughts into positive beliefs.
When you have positive beliefs you give your subconscious mind new instructions and you force your subconscious to create positive events and positive situations.
The important part is to make sure you have more positive beliefs than negative beliefs. And you have to continually keep the negative thoughts out and focus on having positive thoughts.
That can be a little challenging especially if you’re used to having negative thoughts or if you’re pessimistic and generally negative.
Most people don’t realise how many negative thoughts they have and these can be simple negative thoughts like: it’s too difficult, you can’t do that, I don’t know how and other similar thoughts.
While these kinds of negative thoughts seem harmless, they attract other similar negative thoughts and those negative thoughts attract more negative thoughts.
You can see how you can quickly spiral into a stream of negative thinking. Before you know it you form negative beliefs which your subconscious mind picks up on – and that’s when life gets more and more difficult.
So next time you catch yourself having a negative thought stop and change it to something positive.
Focus on what you really want and not on what might go wrong or what you don’t want.

Thoughts become beliefs so aim to have positive thoughts that allow you get what you want. The goal is to have more positive beliefs than negative beliefs and then have positive beliefs that help you succeed and get what you want.
