Life has its issues. We cannot control what happened to us sometimes. However, we can choose how we think, react and become the best version of ourselves.
Sharing with you the following tips…
1. Put things in Perspective.
Feeling troubled? As the saying goes, it’s only a bad day. Not a bad life. Put aside your work troubles once you reach home.
2. Don’t worry what others think of you.
Just do your best, keep your words and allow your work to speak for itself.
3. Forge firm ties with others.
Don’t bottle up your feelings. Share your thoughts and feelings with your family and friends. Talk it out, get the issue out of your chest.
You will feel better, build closer and stronger relationships with those whom you share your thoughts with.
4. Smile More.
It has been proven that even a forced smile can boost your mood in seconds. Smiling also cheers others up. Do check out page 47 of my ebook on “Smile and Be Happy”.
5. Learn to say “No”.
Saying “Yes” to everything means you have no time for anything eventually. Speak up if you have too much on your plate.
6. Set aside “Me Time”.
Every day, find some pockets of time to be alone and practice stillness (page 51 of my ebook). Do the things you like, exercise and recollect your thoughts.
7. Stay Positive.
Issues are just life lessons which we have to learn. It is only temporary and matter of perspective. Each challenge we overcome bring out the best of us in each situation.
