You have them, I have them, we all have them.
And we come up with all kinds of excuses to
avoid doing something, avoid making a change
or doing what we really need to do.
You come up with excuses not because you’re lazy
but because you’ve programmed mind and subconscious
mind to avoid change, avoid doing what you need to
do and so you just don’t achieve your goals because
you’ve got enough excuses to justify not doing anything.
You think about doing something, then you come up
with a reason to not take action, and nothing gets done.
That’s what your mind is used to doing
So things stay the same, and over time they get worse.
You want a better life.
You want to be happy and enjoy life.
You know you have to make some changes but you avoid
taking that first step (you’ve got a good excuse!)
When it’s time to get started you tell yourself things like:
“I’ll start tomorrow”
“I’ll start on Monday” (does something magical happen on Monday?)
“Later, let me do — first and then I’ll get started”
“As soon as I get — I’ll get started”
“I know this stuff, I don’t need to do anything”
“It will never work so why bother”
These are just some common excuses for not doing what
you need to do to achieve your goals. I call them and similar
statements: “excuse thoughts”
They force you to put things off and you end up creating more
harm, make life more difficult and you keep coming up with excuses
When you accept your excuses you program yourself, your mind and
your subconscious mind to put things off.
And when you put things off, you push your success further and
further away. As you continue to put things off or come up with
more excuses, you make it harder for yourself to succeed, and
achieve your goals or make any changes.
Instead of taking the right steps and doing the right things,
you get your mind and subconscious mind to push you into making
the wrong choices, the wrong decisions and come up with more excuses
So you attract the wrong people, you attract the wrong situations,
and you attract the wrong opportunities.
By putting things off and coming up with those excuses you tell your
subconscious that you don’t want success, that you don’t want a
better life, and that you don’t want to be happy.
Now that’s not what you really want.
So stop making excuses.
You might feel you have legitimate reasons, and that may be the
case. That’s okay.
I’m referring to the excuses, like the comments above.
For example: Let’s say you want to get a better job, so you think about
looking, then you tell yourself: “I’ll start tomorrow.”
But then “tomorrow” comes and something comes up. You put off looking
for a job and say: “I’ll have to do this tomorrow.” And you keep
putting it off for “tomorrow”
You never end up doing what you need to do because tomorrow never comes.
You keep telling yourself tomorrow – but you never get started.
That’s when things go from bad to worse.
Because you’ll do the same thing in other areas of your life.
After a while you come up with reasons to justify not getting started
and not doing what you need to do. These are just negative thoughts
that create negative beliefs which become blocks in your mind and they
get planted on your subconscious – they stop you in your tracks.
As you continue putting things off, you develop more negative thoughts,
more negative beliefs and you push what you want further away.
By putting things off and by coming up with excuses you end up with
more of what you don’t want.
That’s when things go from bad to worse.
And it’s because you’ve programmed your mind and subconscious to
bring you what you don’t want. You keep telling your subconscious
that you don’t want success, that you don’t want a better life, and
that you don’t want to be happy.
Now you can change that. And you start by not making excuses.
You get rid of the “excuse thoughts.”
You push yourself to get started.
Then you give your subconscious mind new information,
you re-program your mind so that you no longer allow
those “excuse thoughts” and you tell your subconscious to
bring you exactly what you want –
Today you Stop making excuses.
Today you Take charge, push forward and get things done
Today you take control of your mind and you re-program
your subconscious so you get more done, so that you
achieve the success you want and so you accomplish your goals
At first you’ll have to really push yourself to overcome
those excuses. That’s only because your mind is used to having
these thoughts” that compel you to put things off
So now as you get rid of or remove those “excuse thoughts”
you no longer put things off and you’ll achieve more and you’ll
succeed a lot sooner.
Now there’s a quicker way to knock out those excuses, eliminate them,
take control of your mind and subconscious so that you
what you want sooner.
You simply work with a number of techniques and exercises at the
same time so that you’re always in control of your mind, removing
those “excuse thoughts,” and directing your subconscious to bring
you what you want.
As you do this you’ll no longer come up with excuses, they’ll be gone,
you’ll get things done and you’ll get what you want in life much sooner.
You are a powerful person.
You’re more powerful than you realize.
Now start using that power so that you get what you want.
It all starts in your mind, take control of your mind and get rid of
the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back
So that you achieve what you want.
So that you enjoy life, so that you’re happy and so
that you’re living the life you want to live
