4 Portobella mushrooms, washed and stalk removed 1 pkt. Creamed spinach
Grated cheddar & mozzarella
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Place cleaned mushrooms on a baking tray, bake for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and drain excess water
4. Fill mushrooms with the creamed spinach and top with grated cheese 5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melted and golden.
6. Remove from over and serve.
