However, when you do that you end up telling your subconscious mind to create more of what’s wrong, more of what’s not working and so you end up with less of what you want.
That’s because your subconscious mind simple creates your life based on what you constantly think about and what you believe.
So if you keep thinking about what’s missing in your life, you’ll believe there’s a lot missing and so you end up with less.
Of course you want to have a better life and you want things to improve. And to do that you should recognize what’s missing, what isn’t working or what you don’t have.
Once you identify what you want to change, improve or achieve you need to stop focusing on the lack, eliminate the negative thoughts and replace the negative beliefs.
Then you have to give your subconscious mind new instructions so that you make those changes, make the improvements and achieve your goals.
You’re constantly instructing your subconscious mind with your thoughts and beliefs.
If you have too many negative thoughts and too many negative beliefs you won’t be able to make the improvements and changes you want. And it will get more and more difficult to achieve your goals.
