The Carrot Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Colon inflammation has been tied to the development of tumours. Working a daily total of two tablespoons of fresh ginger into your meals/smoothies can help to significantly reduce inflammation. It provides other important health benefits and is a flavourful addition to your meals!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 Cup Carrot
– 1 Orange
– 1/2 Cup Mango, frozen chunks
– 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric, fresh
– 1/4 Tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
– 1/2 Cup Water
– 1 Cup Coconut Water
– 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
– 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder

Directions
– Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
