What would Easter be without an Egg Hunt for the little ones? Hirsch’s Meadowdale recently invited local children to participate in a fun Easter Egg Hunt leading up to Easter Weekend. With 19 kids from the community coming together, ready to be crowned the Easter Egg Hunt Champion for 2018, they only had 10 minutes to collect as many Easter Eggs and balloons as possible and had to rely on the signs to lead them to their hidden treasures.
Commented Hirsch’s Letitia Haywood; “Every year we invite children in the community to come together for an Easter Egg Hunt, and every year the hunt just gets better and better. The children’s excitement is contagious and it’s difficult not to rush off and have fun with them.”
In the end there could only be one winner – with 37 eggs collected; Sonja Naidoo was crowned the Meadowdale Easter Hunt Champ for 2018, and she received
an Easter egg hamper! No one left empty handed as each kid who participated received a little Easter hamper as well.
