THE PSYCHOLOGY OF SELLING (ENNEAGRAM)

Hirsch’s Centurion recently hosted an informative event where Gerda Kotze shared some insights on the topic The Psychology of selling from a Neuroscience and Personality Type perspective.  Gerda is an accredited Results Coaching Systems (Neuroleadership)  coach and is registered with the ICF and COMENSA; She is also an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and Neurozone Wellness coach.  She also has certifications in Design Thinking Principles, NLP and Mindfulness. Her passion is to ignite people and teams to be and deliver their best work.

Commented the store PRO, Tsz Yan Lau, “Gerda spoke on how sales have become a science.  We have to become mindful of our own frequency and energy, more self-aware and socially aware, to ensure we do not create an ‘away’ response (triggered by a potential threat or pain), but rather a ‘towards’ reaction (triggered by pleasure and reward) with our clients or potential clients.  An Enneagram is a valuable tool that creates meta-awareness for our own personality style, communication style, defences, etc.

The event ended with the attendees networking and mingling over a cappuccino and snacks.
