VUSI WOWS GUESTS AT INAUGURAL KITCHEN CAPERS EVENT!
Hirsch’s Somerset West recently hosted their first Kitchen Capers cooking event for 2020, and by all accounts, it was a great success! Chef Vusi who has worked in some of Cape Town’s most prestigious hotels, cooked up a storm inspired by his favorite cuisine, Italian! He showed the guests how to make the perfect pasta carbonara which is not only scrumptious but affordable too! One lucky guest, Claudia Konicke, got to walk away with a Hirsch’s cookbook for naming the most ingredients within the dish!
