Hello Norman and Margaret,
I needed a new crisper tray for my Whirlpool microwave. I called your Silverlakes store and was connected to Christina Armugan.
She asked me to take a pic of registration number of my microwave and I took pic also of the crisper plate and send it via whats app to her. I immediately got a response telling me she will let me know about the price as soon as she gets a hold of the supplier.
She than called me back and whats apped me with price and payment specifics so I could do an EFT to avoid an extra trip to the store.
Today I was contacted by Christina with picture that my crisper plate has arrived.
Whenever we “spoke” via whats app she was so very friendly and polite and just a joy to deal with!
It is such a pleasure to come into your store: I was greeted with a huge smile at the door and shown to Christina’s desk.
She than gave me my item and accompanied me to my car! I also work in a customer related job and always do my upmost best to make my customers happy and satisfied.
It is sooo wonderful, especially in this country, where customer service seems nonexistant, to see that there are companies and their employees who take pride in treating people with compassion and give them the feeling that they enjoy helping the customer.
My son and his wife built their own house two years ago and bought all their appliances ( Smeg) from you and had the same experience at the Silverlakes store.
I want to compliment you to your employee and also to your training methods, as I assume the sales people get their positive behavior from the “top”
