Everyday you follow certain habits and routines,
things you do automatically without even

You do that because those habits and routines are

you do so many things automatically – without
really thinking about them.
That’s your subconscious at work – making sure
you follow your habits and routines.
And just like you have physical habits you also
have mental habits.
These are habits of thinking and believing.
These thoughts and beliefs are also planted on
your subconscious mind.
Just like your subconscious makes sure you follow
your physical habits during the day, it also makes sure
you stick to your thoughts and beliefs.
And it does that by making sure that your life is a mirror
of what you think and believe.
When your life matches what you think and believe, your
thoughts and beliefs get re-enforced and you hold them
to be true. And so your subconscious mind (and you)
keeps creating what you think and believe.
Your subconscious mind is doing that right now – it’s
at work this very moment making sure that your thoughts
and beliefs are manifested in your life.
Your subconscious is always at work and since you’re
always thinking, you’re always sending instructions to
your subconscious mind.
When your thoughts and beliefs are negative you’ll have
more negativity in your life.
More negativity means more things will go wrong, things
won’t work out, you don’t achieve your goals, you don’t
experience the success you want and you feel like
your swimming against the tide.
So if you’re not living the kind of life you want, then you
have too many negative thoughts and too many negative
beliefs. They need to be changed and replaced.
Now you have to give your subconscious mind new
instructions. That means new thoughts, new beliefs, the
kind that reflect what you really want and desire.
How do you do that?
You start by changing your thoughts by tracking them
and replacing the negative thoughts which aren’t helping you.
Then you change the negative beliefs and this can be
a little more challenging. But once you change those
beliefs, your entire life will turn around. You’ll achieve
your goals and experience the success you desire.
