If you’ve got a goal you’d like to achieve soon then here are a few quick tips that you could apply right now.
To achieve your goals you have to believe that you can and will succeed.
That means setting goals that you feel you can achieve. You may have to scale back or scale up your goals, depending on what your belief system says is or is not possible.
Once you’ve got a goal you feel you can achieve you then need to take it up a notch so that you go just beyond your comfort zone.
Going beyond your comfort zone allows you to experience greater success and increase your confidence.
Here’s what I mean.
Let’s say you want to make more money and you decide that you want to make a million Rand in 30-days.
Depending on your mindset you may or may not believe you can achieve that goal. Most people don’t believe they can make a million Rands in 30-days. They want to, but they don’t truly believe they can. Yet they keep trying to reach a goal even though they don’t believe they’ll succeed.
If that’s the case then you’ll just give up and get frustrated.
So if you want to make a million Rands in 30-days try resetting that goal and think about how much more money you feel you can make in the next 30-days.
You might come up with a much smaller number.
You might believe you can make R100 more in the next 30-days. That’s okay.
That’s what you believe and that’s your comfort zone.
Now go a little higher, so that you’re stretching yourself and your beliefs a little more. Let’s say you felt you might be able to make R200- in the next month. If that’s the case, then set that as the target.
Here comes the important part.
You’ll make the first 100 because you believe you can make that amount. Making the second 100 will require a shift in your thoughts and beliefs. Your mind might tell you that you can’t make that extra R100.
If that happens you need to change those thoughts and change the beliefs that say you can’t make another R100-.
You need to create thoughts and beliefs that allow you to mkae that extra R100-, because you’ll only accomplish your goal when you believe you can.
And let’s face it, if you don’t believe you can make an extra R100-dollars in a month, there’s no way you’re going to make a million in a month.
So if you want to achieve your goals you have to create the right thoughts and the right beliefs, the kind that allow you to succeed and achieve your goal.
Otherwise you’re simply practicing wishful thinking.
You keep hoping and nothing changes.
So think about the goals you want to achieve and start with the first step. Then scale up and keep going until you accomplish your desired goal.
You should do this for any goal.
If you want to make more money, reduce your stress, increase your confidence, improve your health, meet the right partner, grow your business, get a better job – what ever it is you can achieve your goal when you have the right thoughts and the right beliefs on your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind simply follows your thoughts and beliefs.
So when it comes to achieving your goals you want to have the right thoughts and the right beliefs on your subconscious mind.
Once you do that, success comes easily and you achieve your goals sooner.
That’s because your subconscious simply creates your life based on what you think and believe.
Change your thoughts and beliefs and you give your subconscious mind new instructions. You then begin using your subconscious mind correctly.
Now you can try to figure out how to re-program your subconscious mind, change your thoughts and beliefs on your own, and after a few years you may figure it out.
