A smoothie with a bit more body with the addition of oats; great for breakfast on the run.
Serves: 2 – 3
750 ml orange juice
500 ml avoured yoghurt Dash cinnamon
30 ml rolled oats
2 bananas, peeled and sliced 30 ml honey
Other fruit as desired
1. Place ingredients into smoothie goblet. Fit lid and insert stir stick. Start machine on low, using the stir stick to mix ingredients.
2. Increase speed to high and blend for a few seconds. 3. use pulse button, if desired, to nish mixing.
4. Dispense through the tap.
Equipment: Sharp knife, tablespoon, kitchen scissors, chopping board, measuring spoons, measuring jug, spatula, jug for serving, tasting cups.
