CREAMED MUSHROOM PHYLLO CUPS

Creamed Mushroom Phyllo Cups

 

  • 500ml cream
  • 1 punnet mushrooms
  • Dried herbs
  • 250g butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 x fatima’s spring roll pastry

We recommend that these are made in the De’longhi Multifry from Hirsch’s Homestore’s.

 

  • Saute mushrooms & butter in large pan or pot until golden brown on medium heat
  • Add cream and increase heat
  • Reduce heat and stir till thickened – let it rest for 2 mins
  • Add a teaspoon of dried herbs
  • Defrost pastry
  • On one sheet, brush with melted butter
  • Cut pastry into four squares and layer them like a star
  • add into cupcake mold and spoon in one spoon of creamed mushrooms
  • Add in De’longhi fryer for 7 minutes on high
