DO NOTHING CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml flour
  • 5ml bicarb
  • 250ml sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

  • Mix everything up together.
  • Put into a nice cake pan or square dish.
  • Cook on 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes

While it’s cooking you can make the frosting:

  • Melt 125ml of butter
  • 250ml sugar
  • 1 tin evaporated milk
  • Bring to the boil and let it thicken slightly
  • Add 250ml of coconut
  • 250ml of crushed nuts (not salted)

Once the cake is cooked, turn it out and poke holes in it, and then pour the frosting mixture over it. Then Voila you have a beautiful cake that was super quick and easy to make that tastes delicious too!
