Recently, 12 year old Julie Blevin, Hirschs’ and Defy’s Junior Super Chef winner (Ballito) and one of the Coastal Living Bru Junior winners for 2015, popped in to Hirsch Ballito – and cooked up a storm in the Zwilling and AEG Kitchen. On the menu was homemade pizza bread as well as chocolate brownies drizzled with tempered late. ‘It’s absolutely amazing to see what she can do for someone so young’ said Hirsch PRO Lindy Gray. Julie gave a step by step demonstration on how to cook everything on the menu and handed out samples once the food was ready to go. ‘I am so impressed with this demonstration from someone so young – I am going to definitely try these recipes at home! ‘ said Heidi Dalton.
