Melon-Berry Milkshake

Cantaloupe and blueberries are loaded with fiber, Vitamin C and beneficial phytonutrients. They also go together beautifully. Chia seeds help you to stay hydrated, have a healthy dose of Omega-3 fats and also help to stabilize blood sugar.


  • 2 wedges fresh cantaloupe, cut into chunks (about ¼ large melon)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • About ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk (to fill line)


  1. Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
