What you think shapes and creates your life. Here’s how it works
During the day you have all kinds of thoughts and most of them don’t really help you achieve your main objectives in life.
Let’s say you want to make more money, feel more confident, meet that right person, grow your business or start a business. Or you might want to find a new home, get a better job or get a job because you’re out of work or about to be laid off.
Instead of finding solutions to help you achieve your goal or main objective you have all kinds of thoughts that are not focused on helping you succeed.
During the day you might be thinking about an argument you had, what someone said to you, or going over a conversation you had with someone, or thinking about someone or something which has no impact on your life and doesn’t help you achieve your main objective.
Most of your thoughts during the day are useless and negative.
Scientists estimate we have about 80-thousand thoughts a day. And after studying those thoughts they found that 80-percent of them are useless because they have no impact on our lives. These were then defined as negative/useless thoughts.
Another 10-percent were focused on things we had to do – like what to have for lunch or an appointment that we have to keep.
Of the remaining 10-percent of thoughts less than 10-percent were focused on our goals and what we want to achieve.
Basically science has proven that most of our thoughts are useless.
They then studied the most successful people and found that those who achieved their goals had a majority of their thoughts (more than 50-perent) focused on what they wanted to achieve and finding solutions.
So where do you fit in? Are you like most people filling your mind up with useless thoughts that don’t help you improve your life or achieve your goals?
Or are you among the achievers and have thoughts that focus on solutions and help you succeed?
If you’re filling your mind with negative/useless thoughts then you need to change that. You need to take control of your mind so that you’re focused on achieving your goals and finding solutions.
You can continue having more and more negative/useless thoughts and you simply won’t achieve your goals or enjoy the success you want and you’ll never enjoy the success you really want. Years from now life will be the same or worse.

For the next few days track your thoughts. Monitor what you’re thinking and if you come across thoughts that don’t help you achieve your goal or reach your main objective (like what someone said that bothered you or if you’re worried about what someone might think of you) then change those thoughts.
Tell yourself those thoughts have no use and focus on what you want to achieve. And then focus on finding solutions.
Don’t let useless/negative thoughts derail you from succeeding.
Make your success a top priority. Fill your mind up with thoughts about finding solutions and achieving your goals.
Get rid of the negative thoughts and all the junk in your head.
The only reason your mind has negative/useless thoughts is because you’ve become used to having those thoughts. Now they just pop into your head automatically.
You control your thoughts. You’re in charge of what you think. And that means you can get rid of the negative/useless thoughts and negative/useless belief that are preventing you from achieving your goals and succeeding.
