MOTIVATION BY KARIM HAJEE

Intuition is that special part of us which tries to guide and help us when we’re making decisions or trying to find solutions to some of life’s challenges.

When you know how to tap into your intuition for guidance you’ll be able to move forward and make the right choice with confidence and experience more success and happiness.

We’ve all had times when we wished we listened to that little voice (intuition) but didn’t. Then there are times when we’re happy we listened to that little voice and can say: Boy am I glad I followed my instincts or My instincts were right – good thing I followed my intuition.

What if we could rely on our instincts and follow our intuition all the time or even most of the time? Would our lives be better? Sure they would and you can develop and follow your intuition with by using these 3 simple steps

1) Focus on the outcome you want – If you want to get a better job then focus on getting the kind of job you want. If you want to meet someone then focus on meeting someone. If you want to improve your health then focus on improving your health. Do this whenever you think about what you want or when you think about making changes.

2) Start small and build your confidence – You need to develop your intuition and have confidence in it so you know when your intuition is speaking and when your thoughts or mind is speaking. Your intuitive voice is very subtle and will simply make a statement once. If you ask a question and get a response – the response is not coming from your intuitive voice – it’s coming from your mind. For example: if you’re looking for a parking spot and you hear that voice say go left. You then ask why not go right. And you hear yourself saying – okay go right – that part that says – okay go right is not your intuitive voice. Your intuition said to go left. I know this can be confusing and that’s why you should start small. I love using my intuition for parking spots or for finding my keys – it always works.

3) Trust and let go – this is often the hardest part for most people and that’s because your mind will put up resistance, the negative thoughts will come up, the doubts will take over and prevent you from hearing your negative voice. To prevent this – ask the question and try to stay silent for a few seconds then move on to something else (letting go). When you’re focusing on something small like finding a parking spot or finding your keys then you’ll get a response a few minutes later or sooner. For bigger issues like getting a new job or meeting someone it will take longer – that’s why it’s important to start small and build your confidence.

These are 3 simple things you can do to develop your intuition. I use this process all the time and I kick myself when I don’t listen to my intuition. I’ve used this process to get jobs, meet my wife, find a home, and always use it for finding parking. Here’s a suggestion: if you’re going to use it for finding parking then use it before you get to the parking lot – start when you’re on your way to your destination.

The biggest challenge for developing intuition is negative thinking. Your mind is filled with thousands of thoughts every day and most of them are negative.

Negative thoughts block your intuition and create confusion. In the end you don’t know if it’s your intuitive voice that’s speaking or your mind. So it’s important to get rid of the negative thoughts so you can hear your intuitive voice clearly.

Remove those negative thoughts, develop your intuition and direct the power of your subconscious mind so you accomplish your goals, have more confidence and live a better, more rewarding life.

So work on developing your intuition.  Begin removing those negative thoughts so you can hear your intuitive voice loud and clear.

Wishing you tremendous success…
