NetConnect – Sales and Customers
Hirsch’s Carnival recently hosted their weekly Net connect networking event where they provide a platform for business-minded people to come together to network and also help to uplift and empower each other’s’ businesses. Commented Hirsch’s Chantelle du Plessis.” Helen Kruger from Brand Expert was our Guest Speaker and asked the audience “How do we know who best to sell to and how?” Helen said that we measure the customer channels by the sales activity we do and the people we see on, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Website, Google, word of mouth, client referrals, Netconnect networking, flyers and advertisements. After analysing these channels you will see how you can capitalise on them. Client referrals work best – after every job you can ask a client if they know anyone who could use your services.
This is a weekly commitment building relationships with other businesses to aid in your business growth. Hirschs Carnival was there to host the event, hold lucky draws, network , and enjoy giving out refreshments to guests.
