Think only about what yo want and not what you dont
this seems a simple statement but its the most difficult you will ever need to contend with.
Susan formed this limiting belief after a breakup.
“I always met the wrong guy.”
So she looked for “proof” that the guys she met are wrong. Seeking this evidence actually *created* problems in her love relationships, not to mention she repeatedly felt stranded by her boyfriends.
You attract what you focus on. In other words, you notice people, offers, and opportunities that match and reaffirm your beliefs.
So if you believe the world is against you, you’ll give it extra significance whenever things don’t go your way.
But if you believe the stars have lined up to support you, you’ll find evidence to prove that belief instead. You see the good in everything and give meaning to it.
No wonder Henry Ford is famous for saying: “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”
Susan realized that she was the ONE causing the problems in her life.
It’s impossible to attract what you want when your belief is compromised.
Think only of what you want
put pictures up on a vision board
look at them EVERY DAY
SEVERAL TIMES A DAY
and you will be amazed at how quickly things fall into place
