INDONESIAN CAFFÉ MOCHA


This Indonesian Caffé Mocha recipe from Nespresso can easily be enjoyed hot or cold. Which makes it a perfect cup for both summer and winter. The Nespresso Citiz & Milk is the perfect machine to create this blend as it includes the Aeroccino milk frother. The flavours of the dark chilli chocolate elevate the flavour of the Indonesian coffee. The Nespresso range of coffee machines also make fantastic Christmas gifts, so add one under your tree this Christmas. Ingredients for Indonesian Caffé Mocha

  • 20ml Chocolate syrup

  • 1 capsule Master Origin Indonesia Capsule

  • 120 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

  • 1 block of Chilli dark chocolate

Method To create the Caffe’ Mocha start off by placing your chocolate syrup into the base of your long glass cup. Then froth your milk using your Nespresso Aeroccino, you can create an iced coffee version of this recipe by using the cold foam function and adding a few blocks of ice into your glass. Then add this milk foam to your glass. Pour you Master Origin Indonesia coffee over the foam. Then lastly top off the Mocha with the roughly chopped chilli dark chocolate. Serve as it and enjoy.
