Hirsch’s Silverlakes recently hosted their monthly business networking event with the CCBC where business owners and representatives are invited to mingle, socialise and network together.
The guest speaker for the morning was Eberhard Niklaus who is passionate about selling and has published a book on Relationship Selling. Eberhard has done numerous workshops for sales teams throughout South Africa and his topic for the morning was on top tips for selling.
“Eberhard started the talk by emphasizing the importance of good listening skills. He also elaborated on the sales tips he prepared for the morning such as needing to contact your prospects more than 5 times, finish one’s sales journey, talk about features and transform them into benefits, the law of connection as well as having a positive attitude” Commented the store PRO, Tsz Yan Lau “One can judge whether a guest speaker is good by the amount of notes that the attendees take and it is safe to say that Eberhard really was an amazing speaker this morning! He had the audience captivated and scribbling away on their notepads the whole morning with his sales tips.”
After the talk, all the attendees had 30 seconds to talk about their business and lucky prizes were given sponsored by the attendees who hired tables. They then happily stayed to mingle over a cup of cappuccino.
