If you want a Vegan Yoghurt that is thick and creamy and delicious too, then give this one a try. I love it best served with berries but you can add toppings as desired, it also goes down well with home-made granola!


· 4 cups soy milk (1 litre)

· 1 teaspoon agar agar powder – 5ml

· 1/2 cup soy yogurt (125 grams) or yogurt starter powder (the amount may vary, follow the package instructions)
